N.B. For all Parceline, next working day, deliveries the cut off time is 1.30 pm daily but may be earlier, without notice, in very busy periods.

We dispatch all items either by Parceline courier or via Royal Mail 2nd class delivery. Each item clearly states which postal service is used and this is the only option available.

DELIVERY

PARCELINE

Goods are dispatched daily (Monday – Friday) via PARCELINE , on a NEXT WORKING DAY (Monday – Friday) delivery service.


This service is for the vast majority of the UK mainland.

A two day, working day delivery is also available to Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and the Channel Islands. There is a Parceline surcharge for delivery to these areas.

Next day delivery is not available to postcodes considered to be in the Scottish Highlands and islands, and the Scilly Isles. There is an Parceline surcharge for delivery to these postcode areas.

Postcodes considered by the courier to be Scottish highlands or Island postcodes:

N.B. The delivery time frame quoted is provided by the courier. Sometimes due to operational procedures there may be a delay in delivery. We cannot be held responsible for any loss or inconvenience incurred as a result of this delay and are unable to offer any refund on postage paid.

All deliveries require a signature.

When your order has left our warehouse you will be advised by email. You will also receive an email from the courier with your unique tracking number that will enable to track your order at all times.

Please ensure that you include your correct full address including postcode, as an incorrect address will cause a delay in delivery. We cannot be held responsible should a third party sign for the goods at the address you have provided.

Should a delivery be attempted and no-one is available to provide a signature, a card with details of the parcel will be left at the address by Parceline.
Please contact them direct regarding re-delivery using the details that are on the card that has been left.

If a parcel is returned to us after a card has been left at the address & no response has been received, or the item is refused at the address you have provided with payment, you the customer will be held responsible for the full cost of returning the parcel to us.

This amount will have to be received by us as well as the cost of resending your item before your parcel is resent. There will be no exceptions whatsoever.

ROYAL MAIL

All items are sent as second class unless stated otherwise.

With specific items we will send via recorded delivery. This will be clearly stated in the postal option on the item, and the price quoted will include this.

Items ordered before 1.30pm Mon-Fri will usually be sent that working day. The price quoted covers delivery to all UK mainland, Scottish highlands, all islands and Northern Ireland.

Second class post should be delivered approximately 2 - 3 working days following
the day of dispatch, however you should allow 21 days from dispatch for 
delivery of the order. This is because until this time has expired from 
dispatch, Royal Mail consider the item to be delayed and not lost.

It is only after this time has passed that we would be able to initiate a 
claim with Royal Mail for the loss and send a replacement item.

You would need to inform us of non-receipt via email to allow us to resolve 
the matter with you.

If on delivery, your item has been damaged by the Royal Mail we would need to be 
notified via email and the item and all original packaging needs to be retained so a claim can be made for the damage and a replacement item sent.

Should you receive an item sent via Royal Mail and wish to return it under 
our returns policy then you would need 
to contact us within 7 days of receipt.

We would then provide you with an RMA number and you would need to arrange 
to return the item to us. We would suggest that you use a postal option that requires a signature as we cannot 
be held responsible for items that you return, if they are lost in the post.

You would be responsible for all postage costs incurred in returning the item to us.
