RETURNS POLICY Please Read Carefully
We are confident that you will be delighted with any product that you purchase from us. If you are unhappy with the contents of your order please contact us as soon as possible to allow us to resolve the problem with you.
Should you decide to return your order we must be notified, by email, within seven working days from receipt. You will then be issued an RMA number that is valid for seven days from date of issue. We will then authorise the return and arrange for the collection from you.
The goods must be returned in full, including any accessories, with all labels still attached and all in original packaging. The box must be sealed securely with clear tape.
Please note we are unable to accept returns on self assembly furniture, once assembly has commenced unless there is a manufacturing defect with the item. We are also unable to accept returns of any personal care products when the seal has been broken. This does not affect your statutory rights.
The customer will be totally responsible for the cost of the item being returned to us.
Upon receiving the returned item we will check & inspect the goods.
Only if the goods are in exactly the same condition as when they were dispatched, will we refund you (within 7 days) in full less the cost of returning the item.
Please note that our decision on the condition of the returned goods and the refund to the customer is final & no exceptions will be made whatsoever if the goods are not exactly as dispatched.
If our Quality Control department decides that the item is not in the condition it was sent, the item will be returned to the customer & this decision will then be final.
IMPORTANT:
If your item is damaged in transit please contact customerservices@best4baby.net stating the ebay item number, buyer user id, delivery address & details of the damage.
For all items we must be notified by email within 48 hours of receipt of your item if the item is damaged. No exceptions will be made whatsoever.
All items sent by Parceline are covered by Parceline insurance and any items damaged in transit will be collected free of charge.
The damaged item will be returned to us and a replacement will then be dispatched to you immediately free of charge. No refund will be given.
If we do not have the item in stock, you will be refunded in full within 48 hours after the item has been returned to us.
If your item is faulty on receipt please contact customerservices@best4baby.net within 48 hours. We will then arrange for the courier to collect and return the item to us. We will then investigate and if it is clearly a manufacturer defect we will replace the item or refund you in full, as required. However if the fault is not clear we reserve the right to return the item to the manufacturer for them to make the decision. Their decision will be final.
All of our products carry a manufacturer six month warranty, from the date of purchase, for defects in manufacturing and materials.
This does not cover fair wear and tear, accidents, misuse, neglect or when instructions for the product have not been followed.
All goods must be maintained in line with manufacturer instructions. If any repairs or alterations have been undertaken on the item the warranty will be considered invalid.
The statutory rights of the customer are not affected by the warranty.
If a fault develops whist the item is under warranty please advise us by email with as much detail as possible. Depending on the nature of the fault it may be possible to send a replacement part. If not we will arrange to collect the item and return it to the manufacturer for them to investigate. You will be asked to pay the delivery charge to collect & return your item before collection is arranged. This varies depending on the item, you will be advised of the cost at the time.
When an item has been returned to a manufacturer they will investigate the fault. If they consider it to be due to a manufacturing defect a repair will be undertaken, or a replacement sent, at no cost to the customer. However if the manufacturer deems the fault has occurred because of customer misuse, the customer will be responsible for all repair costs. These will need to be settled before item is returned to the customer.
Right to cancel
No charges will occur if we receive notice, by email, that you wish to cancel your order, prior to dispatch.
You reserve the right for seven days from placing your order to cancel. If we are notified, by email, you wish to cancel your order after it has been dispatched, we will arrange to collect your order and the delivery charge you paid to receive your order will be deducted from any refund to cover the return.
